Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy for Readings, Energy Healing, Animal Communication, and Past Life Regressions

Once you have scheduled your session, there are no refunds. One-time rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled start time is accepted, and your payment will be applied to another scheduled time within 60 days based on Julie’s availability.  Rescheduling or canceling with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeit, with no refunds possible.

Cancellation Policy for Intuitive Counseling & Mentoring

Once you have scheduled your session, there are no refunds. Intuitive counseling is designed for on-going weekly/bi-weekly sessions. One-time rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled start time is accepted. Rescheduling is available for 60 days from date of cancellation based on Julie’s availability. Rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in your regular session fee being charged with no refunds possible.

Cancellation Policy for Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy

There is a non-refundable deposit required to secure the Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy Session you scheduled with Julie. These sessions are lengthy, requiring Julie to set aside four hours regardless of your session’s actual duration.  Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment are accepted, and your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled session within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule. Cancellations with less than 72 hours from your scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of your deposit.  Only one cancellation/reschedule is permitted per deposit. If you cancel a session with more than 72 hours notice, reschedule your session and then need to cancel that session for any reason, your deposit will be forfeit.  It is very important that you know you can attend your session when scheduling.

Cancellation Policy for Group Readings

There are no refunds once your event is scheduled and paid. One-time rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled start time is accepted. You may reschedule your event within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule. There is a $50 rescheduling fee, or you may use your funds towards Luminous Passages’ services for yourself within 12 months. These must be scheduled with Julie. For events cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice from your start time, you forfeit $200 and the remainder will be refunded to you. Luminous Passages is not responsible for any rental space fees or material fees associated with the cancellation or rescheduling of any group readings. These costs are the full responsibility of the booking party.

Cancellation Policy for Shows

There are no refunds once your event is scheduled and paid. You may reschedule your event within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule. There will be a rescheduling fee negotiated at the time of your initial reservation. Luminous Passages is not responsible for any rental space fees or material fees associated with the cancellation or rescheduling of any show. These costs are the full responsibility of the booking party.
