Cancellation Policy for Readings, House Clearings, Reiki Healing and Past Life Regressions

Once you have scheduled and paid the deposit for your session, there are no refunds. One-time rescheduling or cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled start times are accepted, and your deposit will be applied to another scheduled time.  Rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeit, with no refunds possible.

Cancellation Policy for Intuitive Counseling & Mentoring

Once you have scheduled and paid for your session, there are no refunds.  Intuitive counseling is designed for on-going weekly/bi-weekly sessions.  One-time rescheduling or cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled start time is accepted.  Rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in your regular session fee being charged with no refunds possible.

Cancellation Policy for Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy

There is a non-refundable deposit required before a Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy Session is scheduled. These sessions are lengthy sessions requiring significant advanced preparation.  One-time cancellation within 1 week’s hours of your scheduled appointment are accepted, and your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled session within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule.

Cancellation Policy for Parties/Circles

There are no refunds once your event is scheduled and paid.  You may reschedule your event within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule.  There is a $50 rescheduling fee, or you may use your funds towards Luminous Passages’ services for yourself within 12 months.  These must be scheduled with Julie.   Luminous Passages is not responsible for any rental space fees or material fees associated with the cancellation or rescheduling of any show.  These costs are the full responsibility of the booking party.

Cancellation Policy for Shows

There are no refunds once your event is scheduled and paid.  You may reschedule your event within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule.  There will be a rescheduling fee negotiated at the time of your initial reservation.  Luminous Passages is not responsible for any rental space fees or material fees associated with the cancellation or rescheduling of any show.  These costs are the full responsibility of the booking party.

Cancellation Policy for Classes

There are no refunds once you have signed up and paid your tuition for a class.   If you need to cancel prior to 48 hours of class, you may reschedule for another class (paying only any difference in class fees) within 12 months or use your tuition toward any other Luminous Passage service within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule.  Cancellations within 48 hours of class result in forfeiting your tuition.
